The University must develop as place for learning and particular for higher learning and intellectual development. Therefore, besides being conducting academic programs in professional courses, the University must develop other faculties relevant to social needs.

The present economic scenario necessitates that banking and financial institutions should be supported. These service oriented industries require trained manpower in commercial and financial sectors.

Considering these aspects, the University, from 2011 is embarking upon new academic programs at UG, PG and Doctoral level.
